The Performance Marketing Strategist will be responsible for working closely with clients to develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok. They will work with clients to understand their target audience and budget and develop a strategy to reach and engage those audiences effectively. They will analyze performance data to make informed decisions on budget allocation, audience targeting and campaign optimization. They will also work closely with the Graphic team, Content Marketing and Social Media Strategist and Digital Tactician to ensure that all campaigns align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization. They will be responsible for creating and managing campaign calendars, conducting target audience research, and analyzing performance data to inform future campaigns. They will be expected to take ownership of their work and deliver results while maintaining a high level of attention to detail, a positive attitude and tenacity.
Craft the Campaign Objective and utilise the available data to generate an effective strategy. Derive KPI based on the strategy
Do a brand and competitor analysis to identify the right audiences and come up with a strong key message. Coordinate with clients to generate a good communication strategy
Create and track the execution timeline for the strategy. Manage the communication between the client and the internal team.
Monitoring and optimizing performance and budgeting. Request a Report if needed to find the action step to achieve KPIs. Solve problems as they happen. Make a report and submit them.
Communicate with Client on day to day basis, Extract the client's concerns and request and answer back with solutions
Analysing the Data in the Report, Creating Recommendations for the next step and Communicating to the Client.
