The Content Marketing and Social Media Strategist will be responsible for creating and implementing effective content and social media strategies for Cotactic and our clients. The strategies will be created based on target audience research, analysis of existing content, and identification of the most effective channels to reach the target audience. The Strategist will be responsible for creating a content calendar, determining the target audience, and identifying the most effective channels for reaching those audiences. The strategist will collaborate with other members of the agency team members to ensure that content and social media efforts align with overall marketing strategies. They will also measure and analyze the performance of the content and social media strategies, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the strategy.
Estimate social media asset human resource needed based on the campaign objective along with product, brand and competitor research.
Do the brand and competitor analysis to get the target audiences and content pillar for both clients and internal company projects. Create the Social Media slide and coordinate with the clients to craft the Social Media strategy.
Present Social Media Strategy to the client
Create, manage timeline, coordinate and communicate with the internal members and with the client to achieve a successful launch of the social media campaign. Conduct proofread and conduct content audit to align with brand image.
Track of social media creation from the team to ensure content launch on time.
Analyse report and give recommendation to clients during weekly and monthly report . Continuously develop social media strategy based on the data and trend.
Explore new channels, new content format and pioneer project, test out to develop Social Media Management Service.
Set Goal and Expectation for team members. Regularly evaluate the team member by running probation review, quarterly and yearly. Ensure that their team provides excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Finding the qualified outsource based on the test, conduct technical skill interview to find the quality support talent. Managing the outsource in order to support the routine content task.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with team members
