The Head of Content is responsible for developing and standardizing content strategies, including briefs, KPIs, and strategic plans, to improve team efficiency and strategy quality. They optimize campaign on-boarding and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. They create and optimize monitoring tools for tracking results and identifying optimization opportunities. They provide standardized reports and insights to optimize campaigns and conduct resource planning to prioritize workloads and maximize talent potential. Additionally, they oversee talent recruitment, run onboarding and training sessions, set goals and expectations, and evaluate team members’ performance.
Create standardisation or tools of brief getting, KPI setting, strategic planning and strategic presentation for team members in order to improve efficiency of the team and quality or strategy.
Optimize the action steps of campaign on-boarding and synergize with a cross-functional team.
Create and optimize the monitoring tools for team members to be able to better track result, get off-track alerts. Also find the way to get standard optimization.
Conduct the weekly and monthly resource plan for client's project and internal. Prioritised the workload of team members and maximized potential of talent in hands.
Conduct the candidate technical skill qualified call and arrange the candidate for the face to face interview.
Finding the outsource in order to support the routine content task, qualified outsource based on the test. Conduct the both technical skill interviews to find the quality support talent.
Run the On-Boarding and Training Session for team members. Evaluate the test and give feedback to improve team member understanding and skill.
